01Core Commitment: Zero-Retention Prompt Routing

JevProxy is built specifically for autonomous agents and developer workflows. Our foundational architectural invariant is zero data retention of payload contents:

• We do not log, persist, or inspect your prompts, system messages, or tool outputs on disk.
• We do not use customer requests to train or fine-tune AI models.
• Payloads are processed in-memory for sub-25ms classification or streamed transparently to upstream providers (e.g., OpenAI or Anthropic).

02Information We Collect

We collect only the minimal data required to provide developer gateway services and process billing:

• Account Data: When you register, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. Passwords and OTP tokens are securely salted and hashed.
• Gateway Telemetry: For billing calculations and performance monitoring, we record operational metadata: timestamp, response latency (in milliseconds), HTTP status code, and request byte size. No prompt bodies are stored.
• API Credentials: API keys generated for your account are stored securely using cryptographic hashes.

04Security & Encryption

All communications with JevProxy are encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3). Our production gateway runs in isolated containerized environments with strict automated firewalling against DDoS, prompt injection, and credential stuffing.

05Data Rights & Account Deletion

You retain full control of your account data. At any time, you may:

• Revoke or regenerate any active API key from the Developer Console.
• Request immediate and permanent deletion of your account and billing profile by contacting our team.
