JevProxy Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JevProxy gateway services, API endpoints (api.jevproxy.com), and developer web portal operated by JevProxy and TypeSafe AI.

01Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, generating an API key, or routing HTTP traffic through JevProxy endpoints, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

02Service Description & Quotas

JevProxy provides an AI agent reverse proxy, latency acceleration gateway, and micro-decision routing engine. Service tiers include:

Free Starter5,000 requests/month included for testing and prototyping. Single active key limit.

Pro ($49/mo)500,000 requests/month, 99.9% SLA, custom decision trees, multi-key management.

Scale ($199/mo)Unlimited requests, dedicated edge infrastructure, enterprise priority support.

03API Keys & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and login credentials. Any API requests originating from your generated API key will be attributed to your account and quota. If you suspect an API key has been compromised, you should revoke and regenerate it immediately via the console.

04Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
Conduct denial-of-service attacks, automated abuse, or disrupt infrastructure stability.
Attempt to bypass security boundaries, reverse engineer proprietary weights, or decompile gateway binaries.
Transmit malicious malware, automated spyware, or illegal content.

05Billing & Cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly cycle via Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer billing portal in your console. Upon cancellation, your paid access remains active through the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier.

06Availability & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for 99.9% uptime, JevProxy shall not be held liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party upstream model downtime (such as OpenAI or Anthropic API outages) or network failures beyond our control.
